Making Santa Claus dolls has been my passion for 15 years because I’ve been able to combine my love of Christmas with my fashion career in couture.

Each year I’m blessed with fantastic customers who appreciate the fact that they are taking possession of what I believe is truly a unique work of art. Each Santa doll is different with distinct characteristics.

I’ve used kimonos and obis from Japan and Okinawa… colorful garments from Korea and Thailand… and absolutely gorgeous fabric from the fashion centers of New York and Europe.  And, of course, I always create something special using quilts and accessories from Hawaii.

My first show for 2010 is less than 30 days away… and I’m scurrying about as usual trying to make sure I don’t forget something critical… like getting the invitations mailed.  Fortunately for me, I’ve got some true blue super fantastic friends who will lend me a hand this weekend to complete that job.
