Houston… you are cleared for take off in 6 days to set up the showroom for your 2010 Santa Doll collection.  There is no turning back… the time is now!

Yesterday we finalized the arrangements with the shopping center management for the new (and unexpected) display room we will be using next Saturday for the show.

Reconfirmed the electrical outlets… the telephone hookup… the display tables… the window coverings… the air conditioning… and on and on!

One fantastic thing about the new location… we can literally back our cargo van up to the rear door for easy transport into the showroom.  At least for this show, we won’t be forced to climb stairs carrying 26 inch dolls, which by the way, can get VERY heavy after about the 40th one.

Another fantastic friend has stepped up to the plate with her offer to help us during the afternoon (I was a little shorthanded) and this brings a sigh of relief from the rest of us.

Right now… I just want to get some sleep. My adrenalin is just about gone.
